Privacy Policy

This application ("the App") is an internal tool developed and operated by /n software, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") solely to connect our own QuickBooks Online company file with our internal business systems. The App is not distributed or made available to the public or to any third party, and is not listed on the Intuit App Store.

Information We Access

When an authorized employee connects the App to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth authorization flow, the App accesses only the QuickBooks Online data necessary to perform its internal function (for example, customers, invoices, items, and related accounting data) belonging to our own company file, along with the OAuth tokens required to authenticate those requests.

How We Use Information

Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for our own internal business operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and any QuickBooks Online data retained by the App are stored on systems controlled by /n software, Inc. and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect this information.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support our internal business operations. Authorization tokens are retained only while the connection to QuickBooks Online remains active.

Revoking Access

Access granted to the App can be revoked at any time from the "My Apps" / connected applications settings within your Intuit account, which will immediately stop any further access to QuickBooks Online data.
