Terms of Use

This application ("the App") is an internal software tool developed and operated by /n software, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") to connect our own QuickBooks Online company file with our internal business systems. The App is for internal use only, is not distributed to the public or any third party, and is not offered through the Intuit App Store.

Permitted Use

The App may only be used by authorized personnel of /n software, Inc. for legitimate internal business purposes related to our own QuickBooks Online company file. No other use is authorized.

No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

/n software, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or these Terms, at any time without notice.
